1. Praise the individual in front of his/her peers. (Do this at a meeting.)

2. Write a memo about the performance and circulate it.

3. Tell your customers about the performer¹s achievement.

4. Reward the performer appropriately. (Suggestions include dinner for two, time-off, tickets to special even, etc.)
